A Credit is used when an eligible Mentor review is requested. If Mentor PRE is used, one Credit is used at PRE and the terminal POST or Stand Aside Review for that same training run is included. If PRE was not used, an eligible terminal POST or Stand Aside Review uses one Credit.
ARC subscriptions reset to the plan Credit allowance at the start of each billing period. Unused ARC Credits do not roll over. ARC Credits are consumed first; Starter Gift Credits remain separate and are preserved until ARC Credits are unavailable.
ARC subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and plan changes take effect in the next billing period.
